I'm glad I'm not the only one ... it's no fun suddenly to discover that you're doing it wrong when you thought you were really on the right track. I do think that watching the mind would be the way to stop competing, to turn around that development. <br><br>However, I also noticed that one of you said that you simply weren't able to compete since you had to start from such a low level. This has been the case with me for over 2 years ... I have been very stiff and unfit and only in the last half year have my body started to open up more. Unfortunately, this positive physical change meant a change for the worse in my mindset...without noticing it I started to be more and more determined to be the best. <br>So I have just found out that becoming "better" (stronger and more flexible) might actually mean becoming competitive or even arrogant.
