Guest guest
Hi friends,
SSS, Swenson's short stories...
David Swenson has in his book some short forms. Is it right, that these short forms are for those who have just mastered the whole first serie and not for ashtanewbies? - What about a global routine for beginners? Standing asanas and then the finishing ones? What do you think? Lu - Chistmas is coming.
