Guest guest Posted December 13, 2000 Report Share Posted December 13, 2000 The thing is... as you will see... yoga is not excercise, it is purification. (I am quoting a friend of a friend of ...) You will never do damage to your body with yoga unless you are immune to pain. Crazy, whacky, painful aches are common when learning new poses, real pain means you need to do something differently, it is you not the yoga. Yoga can never hurt you and a person does not need to do anything more than yoga to be supremely healthy and happy in life. Many people in this club probably agree, and many, like myself, only do yoga. Which doesn't mean I don't go nuts on the boards - both snow and wood - or do lots of hiking or whatever for fun.
