Guest guest
I would like your opinion(s) on something.
I've been attending led Ashtanga classes for some time now and have been told I am ready for more advanced classes than the ones I currently go to.
I feel ready too.

Problem is that I practice in the morning, and I really like it that way, but alot of the more challenging classes are late evening.

Is practicing 2 times a day too much? (I just can't manage to give up my early morning classes)
I've heard that it can create too much internal heat and is not good for you, and I've heard otherwise...I am in a quandry.

Any opinions on this would be greatly appreciated!

bright blessings!
lilly
Guest guest
The instruction pamphlets that our Yoga shala gives out say that you shouldn't do asana practise more than once a day.

Still, I think you should go for the advanced classes to learn more. Perhaps you could try to make a combination of the classes; Attend the evening classes once or twice a week, rest for a day, and then do morning yoga for the rest of the week.

Namaste.
