Guest guest
i guess we can blame this political quagmire and the resulting hyperbull market for the talking heads of the world on my post way back on 10-28-00, approximately 1400 postings ago. i summoned the bad mojo for us all with the following plaintive thought: "the end is in sight--the elections loom like the impending full moon"<br>hah! wishful thinking. even with the election conceded and nearly two full moons later, there's no end in sight. taken to task for my morose attitude at the time, i ask now, how many non-cycnics remain? i humbly accept your mental apologies
Guest guest
I'm not quite following you. Your point, please?
Guest guest
it's pointless, as are most of my observations. at one time, i had hoped for a nice clean break from the daily political barrage on tv, in the papers, radio, corner sports bar, church, even the sacred yoga club. i figured in my simple simon way that post-election i could return to my nice homer simpson like life without any more palavering about unwinnable arguements. but, pandora is a multi-cultural girl. once she has been loosed, there's no relief. so i'm not criticing you for any political postings, if that was what you were wondering. i've given up on the thought that that kind of debate has no place here. having proposed that poorly received idea, i was branded a cynic. doubt i'm the only one. as i said, no real point
