Guest guest
Sorry to be pedantic and jump in here, but the four caridnal humors which became the basis of Western Medicine were documented in Classical Greek by Hippocrates as: Blood, Black Bile=melancholy (get it? melano: black, choly: bile), Yellow Bile (choler), and Phlegm (sorry, not flem). I sympathize, as I am a bit susceptible to phlegm myself and it can make ujjayi breathing impossible.
