Guest guest Posted December 20, 2000 Report Share Posted December 20, 2000 I am having a lot of difficulty with these poses from the point of exiting downward dog to getting my legs up on my arms. I can balance on my hands in bujapedasana once I get my ankles crossed. Any tips? I am having trouble getting my hands clasped behing me in kurmasana. I have been put into the pose by a teacher, but can't seem to get my arms long enough. I can bind in most other poses that require binding without difficulty.
