Hugs are the best. Thankyou, thankyou,

thankyou... you're right, it sucks. And I'm so good at

carrying on like nuffin's wrong and DEALING WITH

EVERYTHING and coping, that I forget to be sad and then it

all hits me on the tube (subway) and I end up sobbing

in front of a bunch of cold hardened londoners.

<br><br>And yoga helps - except I haven't been allowed to do

it for the last two weeks. So, meditation works,

especially heaing meditations.

LouLou, I don't know what your losses are, but I

am sorry that you are going through a bad time. I'll

dedicate my practice to you and send good thoughts your

way. And some more virtual hugs.<br>B<br> (why haven't

you been allowed to practice?)

Group hug. I'll join the party too...my grandad passed on last week :( he was

96, though, and probably ready. death is harder for the living, of course, and

it's we who need the most comfort.

I'm just like you, blonde! I have been too

strong, I think, until I'll be driving along, and a darn

Celine Dion song will come on and I lose it at a red

light! Or, have you gotten all teary eyed in yoga class?

I have - good thing the lights are dimmed for

savasana! Anyway, it teaches us to live life, huh? Have you

read the Tibetan Book of Living and Dying?

Unfortunately, I read it as my mother was very ill, but it

really should be read to learn how to live. Happy

If you could see me with my arms wrapped around

my monitor, and my face smooshed all over the glass,

trying my damndest to 'hug' you all, it might just

brighten you're day.<br><br>P.S. Does it help that I had a

mini candy-cane in my mouth that has left freaky
