I haven't been allowed to practise cos I just

suffered a miscarriage, and my teach told me to give it a

miss for a couple of weeks. I think I can start again

this weekend, but to be honest, I really don't feel

like it. I think I'm gonna start with Eric Schiffman's

yoga vid and some pilates and ease myself back into it

that way. I'm sure it's all psychosomatic, but I don't

feel physically up to ashtanga.

Oh, Blondie, I am so sorry for you. Please take

it easy on yourself. Take good care, lots of tea

whilst resting in your jammies, etc. And if you don't

feel like it, listen to yourself. Poor dear. My heart

just soars out to you.<br><br>I haven't heard of

Schiffman's video. You'll have to give us all a review of it

when you get to it.
