Guest guest
hmmm, sorry folks. i expected a different response from you all in regards to senor and loulou. have things your way
Guest guest
OK--you want us all to play nasty too? We can do that. You know I'm not one to hide my emotions, including the angry ones. But my original thought was to ignore the comments and instead resond directly to Loulou, because I truly believe that paying heed to the comments or their maker is like granting approval, applauding, or even paying respect. I don't think any of us here need to encourage what was said by "Senor Pinche Wey," no matter how many super-duper curse words we can think of spewing out. I personally have my own vituperative sentences, which I would be glad to share with you. But then know he will have had the joy of watching us get us huffy over a cyber-character. Instead, as hokey as it may sound, let's channel all that into huge bubbles of love for Loulou.

Believe me it's taken restraint to not say what I want. I'm quicker with the tongue with those I love, even. But then again, that's my point, isn't it?

Sunshine
Guest guest
To senor
For the longest time you could set the tone of this club. You would post and the club would get all aflutter in what came to be a fairly repetitive and predictable pattern. Blondie was one of the first I can think of that you couln't provoke. Quite the opposite actually--her presence here clearly pushed your buttons. And so you sat and you waited in your anonymity, behind your teacher's picture and now finally have found a way to get to her, in a very personal, worst possible way. Such malice in yoga....thank god I don't know you in person.
Guest guest
What response did you expect? Best to give little or no response to such an evil a**h*le. If he is ignored, eventually he will return to whatever vile swamp he slithered out of.
Guest guest
maybe words of support for blondie after such a personal attack. i don't know. but no, not further words of acrimony towards the originator. that would not help anything. perhaps, referring back to post 5562--if you feel that such interaction should stop, let your founder know. if one doesn't feel that is necessary, again that is fine, as long as we accept the responsibility for choosing to acquiesce. if someone felt any direct response would serve a purpose--i do not--but if they did, mr wey has made his mail box available to you. that would be a better venue than this one
Guest guest
Thank you for showing the way to being gracious in trying circumstances. I have more to learn.
Guest guest
Okgr1:

I'm sorry I didn't speak up even though I'm mostly a lurker, but I don't know what you can say to someone who would question and insult someone who had a miscarriage.

Keep in mind this same person compared someone who recommended ibuprofen before practice to Josef Mengele. Guest guest
The Mengele thing was a joke, and that's the problem -- the Senor can be funny, and smart, and he cloaks his perceptiveness in mock outrage at your/my insufferable ignorance. And usually that's okay and pretty amusing. But I sincerely cannot find a trace of humor in the Blondie post, and that's from someone who normally believes that there's nothing you can't joke about.

I suspect that, in part, the Senor thought he was trying to help, in some terrible way, Blondie face up to something that he thought she was denying, i.e., wake up, here's the hard truth -- all that partying is going to have to come to an end someday. And maybe she'll slow down eventually (most of us do) or maybe next lifetime. But the other part of his message, telling her that she murdered her own baby, is pretty goddanmed far from an inspirational thought for the day. So I must conclude that the man cannot "help" anyone without hurting them at the same time. I don't know why, I don't want to know why. I just wish he'd learn to use his superpowers for good instead of evil, he'd be a tremendous ally and teacher for all of us if he'd just come over from the dark side.
