I first started practicing yoga in Austin, Texas. I recently moved to Louisiana and find it hard staying focused. Is there any teachers in Asthanga Yoga in Southwestern Louisiana; the Lake Charles or Lafayette region? I have been reading the postings on this club, thanks for all the great links!
