Guest guest Posted December 27, 2000 Report Share Posted December 27, 2000 for years i have been pleased to be bulky and muscular...<br><br>is it necessary to give up the bulk if i want to be able to do all the postures? there are many asanas where bulk definitely gets in the way. i began power yoga in a gym as an adjunct to training. now i am wondering...do i stop my circuit training and focus on daily ashtanga practice?<br><br>yasar Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest guest Posted December 27, 2000 Report Share Posted December 27, 2000 I have always tended to put on bulky muscles as soon as I start taking some form of physical activity. At the momen I am doing almost only Ashtanga, except for a bit of running and a lot of diving, and since I started this my arms have become almost bigger than my husband's!!!!
