Guest guest Posted January 5, 2001 Report Share Posted January 5, 2001 This asana really gives me trouble, the balancing act seems nearly impossible. Are there any intermediate forms of this asana that would make learning to balance easier? Ubbhaya Padangusthasana seems easier but there the problem is that my knees want to hyperextend and the form of my legs looks terrible. Any tips appreciated. thx.
