garbha not so stressasana

just to follow up with a thankyou for the

suggestions i was given for garbha pindasana- i am actually

doing it without turning a bizarre hue of purple now.

At first, I was having a real tough time getting my

arms past the elbows- so i tried a combo of both a

little coconut oil on the thighs in addition to water on

the arms and that helped get the arms further. Thats

probably cheating a bit so i will wean myself. The rolling

around is the toughest part for me but ill get it

eventually- amazing what a difference though - feel like I've

been working up to this one for a long time- so many
