Guest guest
Try "Moola Bandha, The Master Key", see Amazon.com for description. It is also available, I think, from David Swenson's site. I got a copy of it last month from Amazon, only skimmed through it a bit before putting it up on my shelf, as I had some other books I was in the middle of. But it did seem to have lots of information on developing and refining the practice.
Guest guest
The book Moola Bandha is wonderful, give it a try. Jivamukti carries it and The Bodhi Tree bookstore in LA, but Amazon is probably quicker.
