About 3 months ago I heard my knee pop while

going into a pose that was easy for me to do, one I had

done a million times.It caused me severe pain

everytime I tried that pose again and through research I

found out that I had torn a ligament. <br>So I've been

careful and and now it's almost healed. My question is -

Has this happened to anyone else? Should I expect

other injuries in the future? Was it my breathing? How

can I avoid this again?

Thanx for directing me towards the other board.

It was really helpful and reassuring that I am not

alone with this injury. By, the way it was the outside

of my right knee - a ligament that often tears when

twisted or hit hard that resulted in pain only during and

after yoga. I'm finally beginning to stretch it without

wanting to die!!
