Guest guest
Hi, I am new to Yoga and am very interested in the Ashtanga form. Does anyone know of a reputable teacher in England, ideally near Birmingham?

Guest guest
alright mate !
If you want information on Ashtanga in the uk then the best person to contact is Ian Macdonald at macdonaldreynell
He knows everything about the Ashtanga scene in England and he arranges workshops in Oxford every month. A real hero ! Check the Oxford timetable- address given on the links page of the ashtanga.com site.
Wilmot teaches in Birmingham I believe that he holds a beginners class twice a week - you can contact him at sadhanaom
I used to live in Birmingham myself, that is before I left the country- not that there is anything wrong with Birmingham mind you.
Look out for future workshops in Birmingham with Mike Nevitt ( Manchester) and David swenson ( Texas). Tony Wilmot will tell you more about these.
Good Luck, from mr.notalwaysbrahmacharya2000
