Guest guest
that the arms are full on extended seems to be of major importance, as are the bhandas here. Repetition is the mother of skill.
Guest guest
OK, time to get technical. Why is your right foot always crossed over your left in this pose (and in supta kurma, too)? It seems like you'd want to alternate in order to develop your body evenly. In padmasana poses, too - is there a reason why the right leg should be crossed first, then the left?
