I wish K P Jois himself had such a site; that really would help.<br><br>But is it Ashtanga Yoga in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore? And what does "Vidwan" mean? I opened my yogashala in Bangalore after his advice and am teaching yoga since the last three decades.
