Although I haven't experienced some of the remarkable aspects associated with it yet, that is, enhanced intuition, and what is called raising the energy. It has helped tremendously with focus and some dependence/addiction problems I am experiencing. It is called the yoga of awareness and very appropriately so. You can't do it for long without getting your act together. Plus I've been blessed with finding a wonderful teacher!
