Guest guest
Are you talking about a little blue and white book called "Office Yoga"? If you are, I am holding a copy in my hand right now (somebody gave me a copy -- don't laugh). It is a cute little book, but sets forth the most non-esoteric approach to "yoga" that I can possibly imagine. A sample:

"While you are reading your e-mail, remember to breathe slowly and focus your attention on your breath. Make the out-breath two times longer than the in-breath. This will immediately calm you."

I suppose that this is also good while you are reading the newspaper and sipping a cup of coffee. And so much nicer than those awful sweaty postures! Guest guest
Eagerly awaiting the sequel, Office Ashtanga.
*kidding*
http://www.flyana.com/yoga.html

Actually the author, Diana Fairechild, has written some interesting books about the hazards of air travel. Guest guest
That's not the same one I was making fun of; mine is by "Darrin Zeer". It says in the back that he "has been practicing and teaching yoga for more than twelve years" (possibly while simultaneously reading his email).

Can it be that there is now a whole GENRE of "office yoga" books? Guest guest
Now I'll have to go to Books-A-Million, find that book, and report back to you! I just picked it up and flipped through it, so maybe it is the beginning of a new genre. Personally, I think it's not a good policy to bend over in the office unless you have a door that shuts and locks and no windows! Might give someone "ideas"!
