Abdominal Inhibition and Mula Bandha II

T.L., a friend just showed me David Swenson's and

Godfrey Devereux's description of Mula Bandha. Apparently

Mula Bandha involves a contraction and not a

tightening of the pelvic muscles. What Stephen Cope was

explicitely referring to the tightening of the pelvic muscles

between the pubic bone and the coccyx. Cope says that

tightening those muscles isn't good and diminishes the

body's life force. I assume a beginner should start out

the practice of Mula Bandha slowly.
