Guest guest
I came to think that does anyone (probably the ones who have been in Mysore) know if Guruji still does a daily practice, excluding saturdays and moon days of course. I've read some articles written by people who've studied in Mysore, but there are never any comments on Guruji's example on asanas. And if he doesn't do a daily practice anymore, at what age did he stop?

Thank you once again..
Guest guest
inermis,

I have not been in Mysore, but in Eddie Stern's article "The Jois of Yoga", http://www.ashtangayogashala.com/articals-Hindusim.html , you can read the following:

"Guruji follows the same schedule as Sharath, except he does not practice yoga anymore. His mornings are spent chanting the Vedas and Upanishads until 4:00. When they return from teaching in the morning, he worships his Ishta and Kula Devata before eating and resting."
