Hey!
Thanks for your answer.
How long didi

you stay in level 1? (what would it be exactely?).
I've been in touch with Ashtanga Yoga for about 1 year

and a half, but just after that I got pregnant and

had to slow down a littla bit, but i kept my pratice

and gave Yoga classes util one week before my due

date. Now my baby is 10 months old and , although I

didn't really sleep much for about 1 year, now maybe it

would be the time to do a complete Ashtanga pratice

again. But I just can't get up to 7am classes in my

city...oh Lord! Does anyone lese feels that 'human' too?

I think it is nice to think that we don't have to

strive for perfection, but love our imperfections when

they are pointed/directed to perfection, even if it

will never come, that would be different from just

sitting and conforming with all our human imperfections.

Just wondering...

Divinem self,
Know your fitness and select the

path, the style , the system where you cna progress. The

age and the physical condition play their role in

your practice which you cannot check or

overcome.
One should be within one's limit especially when

pursuing a challenging method. If you can do and enjoy the

practice. If you cannot, do not feel sad or sorry for that.

Yoga has several paths and one path will definitely

suits you,\.
