I feel that my body is a bit more open when I use it. <br>Aveda has just come out with a similar product they call Blue Gel. the only difference that I can tell is that it's not quite as strong smelling as the china gel.<br>In my opinion these products are Tiger Balm that has been reformulated into a jel. Guest guest Posted February 9, 2001 Report Share Posted February 9, 2001 I Love China Gel, I don't use it b/f I practice, just sometimes afterwards, like that evening, one of the best things about it is that it doesn't smell funky like so many of those sports creams do.
