Guest guest
oh blimey. this has been bugging me for most of my ashtanga life. sorry its not an answer but perhaps someone can help whilst we're on the subject.

Ive been off yoga with a herniated disc all winter but am now making sly little forays into quiet, but satisfying non -ashtanga classes. hopefully this quiet return will give me and my snarling ego an opportunity to resolve a particularly bad habit of mine.

my elbows hyper-extend by perhaps as much as 10-15 degrees causing my shoulders to hunch. should i contrive to hold my arms as straight as possible? the thing is it always feels, well contrived, and not correct. as ive said, my default leaves me way out of kilter?

this is definetely my worst habit but hey if we solve this one together i'm sure there's a whole load more to come.

thanks in advance. oh and thanks for keeping the fire burning in my belly through these dark european months. . .
