Hi, kkyogagirl, this was all I came up with from

my search for Ashtanga classes in Ithaca

didn't get a chance to drop in on their classes to talk

with a teacher, see if it was a Mysore-style practice,

and so on. It's kind of a small place, they only have

four teachers total (and other styles of yoga are

taught there, as well). Still, this may be a good place

to check in with if you ever make the move. Good
