Intermediate gives a lighter more energetic feeling, for me anyway. I remember

being kind of euphoric after practice when I first started that series.It seems

like less work and it's shorter.

Yeah, I felt weirdly happy after my first time

adding on, during which I went up to/including eka pada

sirsasana. It does seem kind of easier, though in that I

fear losing some of the strength and willingness I

gained during Primary Series. Definitely, the euphoria

is a good thing....

Don't worry, 2nd is pretty much of a cake-walk up to ekapadasirasana. (Strength

and endurance wise, that is.) When you add on the rest, it's as challenging as

1st series, if not more so.
