Guest guest
Unless you are going to be there specifically for an ashtanga retreat, then you should plan to do your own daily practice. There are plenty of yoga rooms available in the morning. The Kripalu style is definitely much more "relaxed" than ashtanga - so it sounds like you'll be bored. (I was). I even tried their "hot yoga" thinking it would be akin to ashtanga- just a modified Bikram class. Thank goodness I brought my mat so I could practice on my own when I had a spare moment. Better to go there not expecting a vigorous yoga practice, but for their other offerings (such as danskinetics, their non-asana yoga retreats, meditation workshops, health works, etc.)
