Guest guest
For contemplating
1) there is a (new) book of BKS Iyengar with the title "Ashtanga Yoga"
2) BKS Iyengar says in his "Light on Yoga": most important than doing the asanas "very right" is the movement from one asana to the next. I couldn't believe this when I heard it.
So let's say, Iyengar-Yoga does not exist, it is Ashtanga-Yoga, and there are two styles, the one in the tradition of PJ, the other in the tradition of BKSI.
(In this case those Iyengar-teachers are wrong who are doing one asana one hour.)
Interesting detail, isn't it?
