Guest guest Posted February 16, 2001 Report Share Posted February 16, 2001 hello everyone,<br><br>i just started ashtanga yoga because id really like to get back in shape. anyway, i was just wondering, how often should i be practising? if i go to three classes per week is this enough to improve my flexibility, or should i be going more often? any help would be much appreciated!
