Guest guest
Reading through the posts i am getting the feeling that some people who seem to dominate the board are not really practicing ashtanga yoga? There are probably more than those who own it ( those on maternal leave are excused). Not right.

As for funky - she merely stated what she observed regarding a comment that seemed quite catty. As for the catty commentator - she says she wants to bring joy onto the board. Setting a good example is compelling and others will follow - so by being joyous people will be imbued by your joy.

Setting a good intent one will move closer to it.

To the many who post the good stuff - you touch us all. Thankyou.

Guest guest
OK, I'm not sure it's worth dredging this up, but I feel kinda bad about an unintended effect of the post in which I referred to FBL's "sting." My intention was not to side with FBL, or to make warriorgirl feel guilty about being miffed by FBL's online behavior. I simply assumed that warriorgirl, as a realtively new voice, was unaware of FBL's pattern of snapping at virtually everybody and I wanted to convey that it was nothing she had to take personally -- not that I hold with the way folks slam each other around, here.

Anyway, welcome to the club, warriorgirl: nine days out of ten it's living inside a Dostoyevsky novel, but for some of us pitiful souls (e.g., me) it's nearly all we have by way of an ashtanga community. And once in a great while we learn something really useful.

Peace and Good,
Homer

P.S. I for one do miss sun.
