Guest guest
Hey! Thanks. That's exactly what I wanted to know. But they do encourage a regular practice? This is what I wondered about as well. Ashtanga obviously has a regular practice which is a major part of the system - consistency and the benefits gained from a consistent practice. It seems that many of my friends who do Iyengar seem to have a much 'looser' idea of what practicing yoga means than what I have come to understand it to be, meaning we practice everyday and most of them seem to practice whenever they feel like it. It doesn't seem to be the same thing at all. Thanks for your response though.

FBL
