Which, incidentally, would be a good idea since your advice is really boring.<br><br>You can do whatever you want - do Iyengar, do Bikram, do tap dancing, but you are not doing ashtanga yoga. Ashtanga is DAILY practice and does not involve a student making up their own variations. Any ashtanga teacher qualified to teach ashtanga yoga will expect this from you. So take your advice, your arrogant attitude and your criminal insinuations about guruji's methods as seriously as you want to, I'm sure most people are not the least bit interested in what you have to say on the subject based on the ignorance and boorish insensitivity you are displaying here on an almost daily basis. <br><br>FBL Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
