He also reminds everyone after every class to drink lots of water. Very important. That's really all we need to know, but the book has all the details. Especially important for Ashtanga yogis, who may be sweating alot. Also especially important to drink extra water if drinking any alcohol or caffeine drinks, which are dehydrating. And as I study Carpal Tunnel, RSI, etc, this comes up alot. The joints need to be lubricated and if we don't drink enough water, our brains get first priority and the joints are probably near the bottom of the list.<br><br>I like to mix in just a little cherry juice to make it more fun and interesting.<br><br>Juice your joints, man.
