Guest guest Posted March 10, 2001 Report Share Posted March 10, 2001 orrect.<br><br>In this survey the the test was done on full and new moons together and found no difference between the average number of emergency calls on these days and other days of the month.<br><br>The assertion has been made that increased criminal activity occurs on the full moon.<br><br>If criminal activity has a corresponding decline on new moon days - the statistice for the two taken together would cancel each other out.<br><br>The researcher also mentions many tests which do prove increased activity on these days.<br><br>The test is inconclusive.<br><br>If you wanted proof that yoga would improve your life before trying it, you would never have started.<br><br>Unfortunately skepticism breeds a dry and disatisfying experience of life - you will never try something just for the hell - and you will never know how much fuller life can be if you dont try to analyze everything in a "pseudo-scientific" way.
