uh oh! watch out! went out the house for 24 hours

and kapoow! so much yoga chit chat. love steeping

myself in all the threads that pass

here.<br><br>ALCOHOL<br>as a frequent and mulit-faceted practitioner of

imbibing i can testify to teh healing power of yoga. the

awareness and clarity that falls upon me from practice has

been side lining my drinking over these past couple of

years. pity all me mates are such booze hounds. still if

ive been drinking come practice even 24 hours later i

can feel myself wobbling in standing postures, theres

a sense of toxicity, all the sitting postures are

harder BUT i fukkin rock the world when it comes to

final relaxation. trust me, aint no one can hold that

pose like me after a weekend of partying. ive

struggled all my life to walk away from teh party: its me,

i like being drunk, stoned, tripped out, loved up

in fact the whole nine yards (oh the temptation to

make with the yoga when youre tripping: feels so

goooooooood!). but maybe the day'll come when i dont want to get

mash up. but ive yet to see a hint of it!<br><br>FULL

MOON<br>i stated doing yoga in 89 and distinctly recall

getting to a point where i noticed teh moon. it felt like

i was tuning in. last night i was a lunatic, joie

de vivee, laughing , sexual appetite: grrrr. . . ,

but i wonder if i just know its teh moon. i dont

think so. my experience is that la luna shakes my

socks. ive always assumed that you dont practice then

because its dangerous. have injured myself on a full moon

night and if i practice thereabouts there is defiete

overdoing going on (next day: ouch!).<br><br>MADONNA<br>on

omboy, i am too jealous girlfriend! a night of

sing-a-long a madge, pathos, poignancy, screaming hysterics,

tears, laugter, hugs and just tell me theydidnt play

THAT song! oooh: just downloaded twilo mix of ray of

light (sasha - a fave). fantastic: my kind of tune.

dont recall ever seing juniour vasquez but he lives in

teh same box in my head as danny tenaglia and he is

beautiful, a true soul! his warmth and modesty at six in teh

morning: yes.<br><br>CLIMBING<br>just started climbing.

what a laff. like yoga but going up and down. anyone

out there any experience? watching the hot shots at

my local indoor wall its like watching an

experienced yoga hand. conservation of effort, slow and sly,

im gobsmacked and quietly confident i can do this

(oooh ego ineednonumber? shame on bad old 23), just

practice practice practice. . . <br><br>which is where i

wish you all love. here the spring is springing, we're

near the end of teh dark, teh buds are sticky, the

layers of clothing reduced, an old mans thoughts turning

to desire. . . <br><br>peace<br><br>oh yeah. . .
