Excellent response from kkyogagirlme. Appropriate

yoga should help a lot. You may also want to have a

look at a very interesting new book - Pain Free by

Pete Egoscue. He has a lot to say about shoulders, a

whole chapter of the book is dedicated to shoulders.

Lots of great info and some unique exercises. This is

one of the best books I have found on straightening

out musculo-skeletal problems. Lots of wisdom.
