Guest guest Posted March 28, 2001 Report Share Posted March 28, 2001 I realize that I likely suffer from some profound ingorance, and so do not understand the unkindness that is being meted out to various individuals who participate in this forum. Is it not possible to debate the content of an individual's post without insulting the charactor of that individual? Are we not all the same? I just don't understand the cruelty that seems to pervade the posts at times. Ahimsa is more than abstinance from causing physical harm. I believe that harming others is harmful to myself. I suppose I'll just keep practicing. I am just grateful to have had the good luck, good karma, god's grace or mere coincidence to find Ashtanga. I gives me great joy and peace.
