Guest guest
Yogimac, Blessed Self

Auras are not difficult to see. It takes only a little knowledge and a little practice. It's like learning about birdwatching--you learn where to look and how to look, how pick the bird out of it's background.

For auras, don't focus directly on the person, focus on the outline of the person, the space immediately around them. Look at the edge of the body. A good spot to start is the area between the shoulder and the neck and head. Gaze at that spot and let your gaze be steady but soft-focused without expectation. Just see what is there in that space.

Gradually, you will become aware of energy coming from the body. It could have no colour or it could be one or more colours. It could have a geometric shape or it could diffuse.

The difficult thing about auras is knowing what the aura means, what it tells you about the person it is coming from. That knowledge is a complex science/art requiring years of study from a competent teacher.
Guest guest
Yogimac, Blessed Self

People presenting workshops in the yoga/meditation/spiritual fields will project a highly visible aura if they are genuine with heart-felt knowledge. I always look at the aura of a presenter to gain a sense of whether they know and feel what they are talking about or whether they just repeating what they have read. If the latter, their aura will be small and dark.

Sometimes presenters project their auras and play with them to see who in the audience will notice. What was the colour and other features of the aura you saw around Angela Farmer?
