Look at the edge of the body. A good spot to start is the area between the shoulder and the neck and head. Gaze at that spot and let your gaze be steady but soft-focused without expectation. Just see what is there in that space.>><br><br>In that described space I can clearly see the afterimages that are left there by my brain/retina.
