As we don't have a teacher nearby, we decided to meet once a week and do our practise together. <br>Your inquiry about a "stretching partner" implies, that you wan't someone who helps you in certain postures.<br>This is not what we do. We just do primary, everyone as far as he can, and enjoy the different qualitiy of doing yoga together.<br><br>If you practise Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga some kind of "traditionally", partnerwork is used only for seperated technical lessons (which if I'm rightm are not done in Mysore), where you can focus on certain postures and let your partner help you. <br><br>Namaste,<br>Dirk Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
