As Shining Skull mentioned, this problem sometimes becomes better after some sun salutations.
On the other side, I noticed that during the suns, especially in upward facing dog, my upper back muscles sometimes become uptight(?) what makes it difficult to take full breaths. If this tensions exist before I begin to practise, I try to melt them with the increasing heat and careful practise.
If the muscles become hard during practice, I think there must be something wrong with the posture, but I haven't yet fixed that one.

(Again, a teacher would be helpful)
