Guest guest
The place I would recommend is Santosha Yoga Center. They have at least 25 Ashtanga classes covering different levels per week, so you should be able to find one that suits your timetable and experience.

The Center is on Catherine St. I'm not in Ottawa this weekend so I can't give you the number off hand but it is in the telephone book. They also have a website. Do a search for 'Santosha Yoga'.
Guest guest
All the classes at Santosha Yoga in Ottawa are drop-in classes.

To find one that suits your time availability and your level of experience go the Santosha website:

www.santoshayoga.com

There is another place, Rama Lotus Yoga Center, two blocks north of Santosha on Gladstone that offers Ashtanga, Bikram and Kundalini Yoga classes. Guest guest
This is not my fight, but...

I think in general, normal web etiquette is to respect other people's online privacy. If someone wants to put their own name or other personal info out there for all the world to see, more power to them. If they choose to keep that info private, more power to them. That should be up to them to decide. As to why someone might want to keep their personal info private, even something as seemingly innocuous as their name, well first, that's their business. Second, there is a lot of concern about invasion of privacy, identity stealing, etc. on the net.
If you wanted to know if an online persona and a real person were one and the same, you could just call and ask, or e-mail, or write. All those approaches would give the maximum consideration for the other's privacy. Not to say that the individual involved would be anymore likely to tell you if the on line tag was theirs.
To put someone's name out there with out their permission is to essentially deprive them of privacy. Do unto others...
