Part of what undermines the Christian Coalition's credibility (in the minds of some) is their specious economic connections and motives - with farming, industry and politics. <br><br>Factors in pasteurized dairy products block the uptake of iron.<br><br>Factors in all dairy products, especially 'protein enhanced' dairy create acidity in the body and excess mucus. Casein is a milk by-product and the main ingredient in elmers glue.<br><br>Most people are at least mildly allergic to milk products.<br><br>Humans older than 2-4 years lose the enzyme lactase which is the enzyme that breaks down lactose - the sugar in milk. This undigested sugar ends up in your intestines and is a perfect culture medium for bacteria to grow on - thus, bloating, intestinal pain, gas, etc.<br><br>Pasteurization destroys live enzymes such as phosphatase which is important for the assimilation of minerals - including calcium - in milk. The Democrats are a corporate party these days too. Their rhetoric just panders to the economic concerns of the average American with dancing sugarplums of yet more government programs for them. California and their electricity shortage is a good demonstration of Democrat incompetence. Moron Gray Davis has just spent the $12 billion surplus that California had in the bank <br><br>Your take on dairy is very good for many people. Better to consume a little fish and chicken than to consume dairy or a lot of dairy.<br><br>This is my last post on politics. Chill omboy ... I like your shorter posting style.
