Amazon lists one by Benita Cantieni called Little Elephant Big Mouse with no info about it and also a few titles in German listed as out of print. So there are 2 books? What does Garantiert mean? Guest guest Posted May 8, 2001 Report Share Posted May 8, 2001 After your request I asked Benita Cantieni about it (<a href=http://www.cantienica.ch/ target=new>http://www.cantienica.ch/</a>).<br><br>Today she answered:<br>- As there is no publisher interested, the books aren't yet available in English.<br>- They will produce a video called "Power Program" (PP is another book) which will be provided in English. The basics are the same.<br><br>There are even more books. "Tiger feeling - guaranteed" is the advancement of "Tiger feeling" and seems to consist of more and specialized exercices (I haven't read that one yet).<br>There are more books like "Power Program", "Back Program", "Face Forming" which I now only by title.<br><br>I have to say it again: the development of the muscles of the pelvic floor, after my experience seems to be one of the most effective ways to get rid of pain especially in the lower back.<br>The theory behind the method of Mrs. Cantieni is called "Spiraldynamik" and was developed by a suisse physician.
