Guest guest
Even though I know it wasn't an Ashtanga workshop, I thought I would tell you all that the Max Strom workshop here this weekend was BEAUTIFUL. Friday night, especially, was AWESOME! I've never had an experience like that before. And the practices we did on Saturday and Sunday morning's were fun too. Humbling, but fun! It has renewed my practice spirit all over again. We did a lot of ashtanga things, but not a full practice. Max was incredibly gentle and very loving in his teaching. Has anybody else ever been to one of Max's worshops?

Lauren
Guest guest
Glad to hear you mention him - i wish i could practice with him more often....(you know -on the days that we don't have our practice or on a hyper day where i need a second class). Or just to learn how to teach.

max is a very special person - his classes are interesting and satisfying (i mean in the sense that if we don't get our full practice something feels amiss) and he has a wealth of insight.

A valuable yoga instructor who teaches a challenging enough practice with the kind of information that prevents injuries.

...and did i mention, yes, i like his teaching??
