Guest guest
Wow, thanks for looking into it and thanks for the additional info. She sounds very interesting. Looked at the website, but I can't read it. (Used Babelfish and got the usual rough, bizarre translation). No publishers interested? Someone will be I bet. A video will be cool anyway. It sounds like she's been working on these ideas for awhile.

Spiraldynamik - that's very interesting. Speaking of spiral and dynamic, I was just reading a bit in Godfrey Devereux's Dynamic Yoga last night and was caught by his use of the word spirillic. From page 27 - (not too much out of context)

"Because the body is three-dimensional, each line of force is met and supported by more than one opposing force. This also reflects the fact that no muscles exist in isolation. Simply lifting the arms alongside the ears reverberates throughout the whole musculature. These opposing forces act as limits in each individual adjustment in the various directions of its impact, ensuring that it does not overstep the mark and produce disequilibrium. Their combined effect is to create a series of spirillic momentums in the body that support and complement each other. The lines of force are only straight when seen in isolation, or partially. If we follow their momentum through we find they are all spirillic, and connected to each other spirillically."
Guest guest
I don't know Godfrey's book but I think I will get it, because your little excerpt seems to tell exactly with few words what the theory of Spiraldynamik is about.

Namaste
Dirk
