Guest guest
True. I`ve had J. Scotts book along with me on my travels many a time. Another travel friendly book is Lino Mieles- astanga yoga . Good for its accurate recording of the counting method/ Full vinyasa but the photos aren`t as precise as in the other books.
Worth getting though. Check out Linos video it is excellent ! Guest guest
HI Tshamoya,

A good review of Lino Miele's Astanga Yoga video by Cara Jepsen can be found at http://www.yogachicago.com/nov00/videoreview.shtml .

Note that Lino's video is not instructional; it's just a demonstration of the primary series in full vinyasa. But I think his video is very good if used together with John Scott's book.
