Guest guest Posted May 23, 2001 Report Share Posted May 23, 2001 I have seen people do it fairly quickly, I think it is just that you speed up when you can do the postures fairly easily. You build up stamina by not going beyond postures that you cannot do easily, and that are risky for knees or hamstrings. So by the time you can do the last posture you can do it quite quickly.
